Mozilla FireFox 8 Beta Features Twitter Search, Tab Controller & Add-On Support

Days after releasing the words fastest Web browser,Mozilla released a new beta version of Firefox(Firefox 8) which has been incorporated with never before features like a whole new Twitter Search Tab and many other Engines, Controlling Tabs and Add-on support.Determined to Crush Google's Chrome browser, Firefox 8 beta is the latest Mozilla release to be in a 6 week complete development cycle where Pilot testing results will provide valuable feedbacks to the Development team which ultimately will result in more powerful versions of the Web browser in the near future.
Even-though Firefox 8 beta is available to all,Cnet Editors issued a statement
Inexperienced Users should avoid trying Firefox 8 as it is  prone to a myriad of bugs as its still in testing phase and may potentially damage the system. We strongly recommend that users exercise caution and save all their mission-critical data before installing or using this software.
Key Features of Firefox 8 beta Includes:
  • A new Twitter Search Tab not available in the previous versions.
  • Animated tabs during drag or Tear scenario instead of just a thin dull line.
  • Better Session management support where it can re-open tabs under accidental Operating System shutdown, restart or Crash scenario.
  • Add-on toolbars which are dormant unless activated by the User.
  • A Master password to ensure protection in the Android version of Firefox 8 along with many customizable features.
  • Restarting Firefox is no longer required after Installing any Add-on or Update.
Mozilla's Blitzkrieg approach is the result of its Competitive strategy and its aim to implement new and extra-ordinary features in the Firefox Installments to follow in a matter of mere days rather than months. Also Mozilla has plans to reduce Firefox loading issues in Android  mobiles, which comes with a built in Google's browser.Mozilla's affinity on its  XUL technology will ensure better browser loading times at the expense of Add-on compatibility.Mozilla's approach will be a threefold one involving 3 different versions of Firefox namely-The Finished stable release, the beta & finally the Raw alias Aurora version.Under this strategy, with every update collected the within the stipulated time of 6 weeks become the new Aurora, the old one becoming the new beta and finally the old beta becomes the Stable release. As Doug Turner of Mozilla had quoted:
We will continue the existing XUL-based Fennec [Firefox mobile] project, and future Firefox on Mobile will still be based on the XUL front-end. The team will continue focusing on startup performance, memory usage, bugs fixes, and features
Whether this so called Strategy is going to be a Boon or Bane for Mozilla, only time can tell. For those of you who plan to try the latest installment of Firefox 8 beta, download the appropriate version from below:
