Samsung Desperate To Sell Galaxy Tabs In Australia: Extends Olive Branch To Apple

Out of Sheer desperation Commercial Electronics Leader Samsung has finally extended an Olive branch to Apple to sign a MOU which would allow Samsung to venture into the Australian market to sell its Galaxy Tab Version 10.1.Samsung has been approaching the Sydney Federal Court regularly in the last 10 months to obtain rights to sells the Galaxy tabs in Australia which has been under the monopoly of Apple as it holds more than 75% of the market share.Apple, seeing Samsung as its lone competitor has been constantly opposing any approach made by Samsung to arrive at an agreement.Infact, Samsung which claimed to be in terms with Apples had to delay the launch of its tablets in Australia due to injunctions and even had a piece of mind to file an affidavit against Apple.
As a last ditched attempt, Samsung has approached the Bench with a proposal that if allowed by the Ipad maker,Galaxy tabs will be able to hit the shelves by late October.Unfortunately for Samsung,Apple has been able to stop its intrusion into the market by claiming that Galaxy Tab is nothing but a tinkered version of Apple's own Ipad.Samsung inturn vehemently denies Apple's claims and had decided to counter-sue Apple by delaying its launch. If Samsung is not able to utilize the crucial holiday Shopping/Festive season they it will be slapped with colossal losses if its fails to capitalize on that window.Samsung's sufferings has not only being in Australia but also around the world especially in Germany where Apple emerged victorious in the Lawsuit.
With Both sides battling it out within the court room,Apple's arsenal includes its so called 3 patent Infringements made by Samsung and if found true by the jury might very well result in the Ban of the Android HoneyComb  Tab 10.1,something that will really infuriate Samsung.Samsung's only way out of this whirlwind is by trying to convince the Court of  Apple's fear of Galaxy Tab's ability to Woo customers away from Ipad 2. With neither side showing no signs of retreat and the issue escalating like a forest fire,
