Samsung To File Injunction To Block Iphone 4S Sales In Australia & Japan

Last week Apple emerged Victorious of the latest Apple Vs Samsung Saga when the Sydney Court ruled the Apple vs Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 Injunction suite in favor of Apple,thereby sealing the fate of Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 in the Australian Market.Not only has Apple stalled Samsung's Galaxy tab 10.1 from hitting the Australian Shelves by atleast a month,by the time it hits the market it would be a dead product much to the dismay of Samsung.
                       To Rub salt into the already wounded Samsung,a Dutch court has thwarted the Injunction filed by Samsung to Block the sale of Apple's iPhone 4S merchandise in Netherlands.Now Samsung is all prepped to Yank Apple's iPhone sale once again this time in Apple's own Turf Australia & Japan.Building the case on the basis of Patent violations which primarily included the UI,Wireless telecom patents.In a statement released by Samsung's spokesperson:

“We are now counterattacking Apple again” a Samsung spokesperson confirmed today. In a statement released by the company, it alleged that “Apple has continued to violate our patent rights and free ride on our technology” insisting that “we will no longer stand idly by and will steadfastly protect our intellectual property,"

Now that Samsung's Galaxy tab 10.1 will appear in the Australian market no sooner than  2012 & then loosing the Dutch case to Apple,things aren't looking good for Samsung as of now.With the verdict for yet another Injunction filed by Samsung against Apple for the same patent infringement looking to block the sale of Apple merchandise in France & Italy,things are going from bad to worse.With the Samsung & Google's Event around the corner,we are expecting things to Ameliorate when the latest Samsung Galaxy Nexus will be unveiled in Hong Kong on October 19th along with Google's Ice Cream Sandwich.
