Samsung Fails To Block Apple Merchandise In Netherlands

Unfortunately things are really not going in Samsung's way now that the Dutch court has thwarted the Injunction filed by Samsung to Block the sale of Apple Merchandise in Netherlands.The court has rejected Samsung's plea that Apple goods are indeed infringed on Samsung's patents thereby ruling the verdict in favor of Apple for now.
                                                    Also the counterclaims pressed by Apple at Samsung was also phased out by the Dutch court.The case at point was the apparent Smart Antenna feature in the Apple iPhone 4S which according to Samsung is a patent belonging to Samsung & Apple had apparently infringed.Apple's counterclaim the usual 2 patent violation & claimed Samsung products(specifically Tab 10.1)to be a tweaked iPad.With the French & Italian case featuring Samsung Vs Apple far from delivering any verdict as of now.Apple wins round two.Round one was won in Australia.
