With Google & Samsung event rescheduled to October 19th in Hong Kong where Google is expected to unveil Ice Cream Sandwich & Samsung will unveil the Galaxy Nexus,it seems that the Samsung Nexus might actually be a Verizon exclusive. The device has manged to found itself in the Verizon Device Management list under the name Samsung Galaxy Nexus, which pretty much confirms that it might be a Verizon exclusive.
The Galaxy Nexus is expected to come with 4G LTE which is the fastest data transfer technology as of today's standards. It also appears to come with Voice activation along with Voice memo for security purposes. Also it can also be said that the battery life of the Galaxy Nexus might pose a question especially since most of the LTE devices are battery hungry. The N in the Global department might actually mean No which means that there wont be a world phone from Verizon, especially due to the fact that the GSM users travel extensively all over the globe.
