Google's Ice Cream Sandwich is expected to be unveiled along with Samsung's Galaxy Nexus during the Samsung Google event in Hong Kong on October 19th.It appears that Ice Cream Sandwich might actually be packaged with an inbuilt photo editor tool capable to bring pictures to life.Although its not yet confirmed,but some snooping around Ice Cream Sandwich creamy center has revealed what appears to be a set of icons or features in the Android Gallery as shown below
The background of the images have been changed to black so that you can clearly see what each of them stands for.There also appears to be a slider for the color buttons & also there is a new slider called Generic whose purposes are still cryptic.The icons are expected to be docked to the screen the whole time where the appropriate icon performs the suggested action.This feature is expected to be packaged into the Google APK so we can expect to feature Edit button everytime you view your images.There are about 19 different & unique photo effects which are pretty much similar to the blending modes in Photoshop.Purpose of Generic is however still unknown.Take a peak at the various blending modes below:
