No Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 in Australia:Apple Gets Injunction

 The Apple vs Samsung Saga had a bitter end today where not only did Apple establish its monopoly in the OZ market,but also ensured that is barred the Galaxy Tab 10.1 from appearing the shelves in the OZ.This means more bad news so Samsung as probable dates for next hearing might be around Next month,by that time Galaxy Tab 10.1 would have been a dead device.The only way out for Samsung would be to convince the court that it hasn't violated any patent infringements as claimed by Apple during the trial.
                                                            Apple who had a prima facie case had claimed 2 patent violations by Samsung in its Galaxy Tab 10.1 which includes the Touch Screen & navigation/scrolling movements which control them.Apple might have won the Battle for now,but time alone can tell who will win the war.
