Sony's official entry into the HoneyComb market features the creative Tablet S & Tablet P which are all set to be unveiled in Japan under the 3G banner of NTT DoCoMo on October 28th.The Wi-fi versions of the Tablets were unveiled on September 17th & the machines seem identical except for the 3G feature.The U.S release dates are yet to be released & the 3G device launch is actually earlier than it was expected.
Featuring Google's HoneyComb Android 3.2,the S model sports a 1280 * 800 screen where as P comes with a split screen with a 5.5 inch folding display and each screen running with 1024 * 480 Pixels.Both tabets have a Tegra 2 processor with a clock frequency of 1GHz under its hoods along with a Playstation certificate.The tablet S also features an IR remote to control media operations for the television & set-top box, along with a 5 MegaPixel camera with 720p video recording.The S & P tablets also features a DLNA certification which will provide access to Sony's Media store Play Now along with music,videos & eBooks.
