HTC Sensation XL With Beats Audio Unveiled

HTC unveiled its latest installment in the Android domain,the HTC Sensation XL.Running on GingerBread,Sensation features Beats audio enhancements(Ater the $ 300 Million contract) along with a special Beats Headphone available with the set.With Under the hood,there is a QualComm MSM8255 chipset along with 1.5 GHz Scorpion processor,plus Adreno 205 GPU along with a Memory of 768MB.Although the phone comes with 16GB internal memory,its a pity that it can't be expanded.

                                                    The super-sized 4.7 Inch screen comes with Super LCD along with WVGA resolution with a pixel density of 199 ppi.This phone has a lot of similarities when compared with the Windows based HTC Titan which also featured almost similar features.Its still a mystery why HTC decided to stick with the WVGA rather than qHD,a move not clearly understood.May be the unavailability of qHD for screens bigger than 4 inches might have to do something.It also comes with an anti-scratch screen,the Gorilla Glass panel.

                                              The sensation comes with android along with the latest verison of HTC sense 3.5along with the Dropbox app for Android.Also HTC has entered into a contract with Apple's cloud which would enable the customers 5GB storage space rather than the conventional 2GB.
                                                      Branded more as a multimedia device,HTC's sensation scores with its enhanced streaming features & along with Beats Headphones,it really sets your ear on a note.Either use the Headphones or the solo over the ear cans.The 8 MegaPixel camera sure packs a punch with a 28mm wide angle with F/2.2 lens,it drastically improves image clarity under low light conditions.Unfortunately it comes with a mediocre 720p video recording only.the front end camera comes with 1.3 MegaPixel.

                                                       With support for Bluetooth 3.0/GPS/Wi-fi 802.11b/g/n,MicroUSB support this phone comes packed with most of the features for an Android with max data speeds of 14.4 Mbps & 5.76 Mbps for upload.The phone will probably hit the market in early November when its available across EMEA & Asia pacific.This model will not feature in U.S for now.
