Apple's iPhone 4S Antenna could Fuel The Ongoing Apple Vs Samsung Battle

“Improving on the innovative stainless steel external, dual-antenna design of iPhone 4, iPhone 4S is the first phone to intelligently switch between two antennas to send and receive.” -Tim Cook Apple CEO
Apples prodigy phone, the iPhone 4S features a new antennae design that would enable it to switch Antenna's for better reception as it moves within the grid thereby improving the voice & data features. This would also eliminate the risk of Antennagate.Although its claimed to be the first phone to feature these features, there are those who would disagree.Professor Gert Frølund Pedersen, professor at Aalborg University's Institute for Electronic Systems in Denmar who is also one of the pioneers in the Antenna & satellite technology, feels that Apple might be treading the very same patents which he and his colleagues had sold to Samsung a few years back in 2007.Taking a snipe @ Apple he quoted:
"When Apple says that it is new, it’s not true. It has been in use for very long. For example in the DECT cordless phones. Both in these and in some other phones“
The possible infringments are with respect to the Apparatus and method for stabilizing terminal power in a communication system and Apparatus and method for selecting an antenna in a communication system patents. Now if the legality of this is proved, then Apple just might have committed the biggest mistake it could ever, one which could seal the fate of iPhone 4S in a limbo or worse its own death warrant.Samsung is yet to acknowledge this new piece of information & when it does we can expect it to go ALl-Gunz-Blazin @ Apple.Apple, you make your bed you lie in it.Suits you as you did are doing the  same with Samsung Galaxy tab 10.1's fate in Australia. Its time you got a taste of your own Med.With iPhone 4S sales already stalled in France & Italy, things couldn't get any better for Apple(Giggle)
