Google's very own social network,Google+ comes with the feature to add/share Posts to a Google+ Circle or using Sms or texting.The posts can be aimed @ the public or to your buddies on the circles using Sms or texting.As of now this feature is currently available only in India & United States.

- Click on the gear icon in the top-right corner of the Google+ profile page.
- Click on settings.
- While the left side menu will display Google+ selected by default,there will be a link on the right where you will be able to add your phone number.
- Choose the appropriate country and enter your phone number.
- Now click on send verification to mobile & wait for the sms.After verifying you phone details are added to Google+ settings and you are good to go.
Now lets see how to post via Sms or texting:
- By default after registering your phone number with Google+,your posts will be shared with your Circles by default.
- In case you want to be choose about a particular circle,then type in the post followed by the "+
" suffixed by the name of the Circle.For instance if i want to send a post to Tcs circle I would be sending Hello Guys +Tcs. - To share the same post to an extended circle add the extended keyword after "+".
- To share with public use the keyword Public,where as for an individual use his or her Google+ connect email id after "+".
- Google bots will index public pages & thus will be available in search queries so be completely sure about the post before making it available for the public.
- Sms/texting rules are applicable as per the service providers charges.
