The Apple vs Samsung saga took a nasty turn when Apple vehemently rejected Samsung's Olive leaf offer as Samsung looking a way to launch its Galaxy tablets in the Australian market this month.Samsung which has been looking forward to see the Galaxy tabs hit the shelves of Australian market has been left high & dry and running out of options Samsung is becoming more and more desperate.
If & only If Apple gives the green signal,then only Samsung's HoneyComb tablet will hit the shelves in Australia.Apple suing Samsung for 3 alleged patent violations as mentioned here,things are looking very bleak for Samsung.If the court decides to move the next hearing to March 2012 complying with Apple's demand then by that time Galaxy tab 10.1 will probably Would have have become a dead product & will Slap Samsung with Huge market losses & possibly its own credibility.
With Samsung literally on its knees has agreed to remove the Zoom bounce animation feature,against which Apple had filed the Injunction from the Galaxy tablet and has asked for a moderation of 7 days from giving any verdict in the case @ hand.Apple realizing Samsung's Galaxy tab as a challenge to its Ipad versions,will employ in any dirty game as revealed by an unverified source.With just days before the World-wide launch of the Galaxy tab series,unless Samsung tries to convince the court to rule the case in Samsung's favor you expect huge losses to roll into the Samsung enterprise brand.
