Is Amazon Planning to spin off Kindle Fire Into A New Sister Company named Seesaw

With its Kindle Fire becoming a hit in the tablet market,it seems that Amazon if planning to Spin-off its Kindle business into a new separate sister company apparently named Seesaw.As per the Trademark filed for the new Amazon Kindle Fire 4 at the United States Patent & Trademark office,the owner apepars to be Seesaw LLC Limited Liability Company rather than Amazon.All the 5 trademarks were filed by Seesaw company & they were filed by the same attorney for Amazon :Purvi J. Patel of Haynes and Booone, LLP.
                                                           Although nothing can be confirmed as of now,it clearly seems that Amazon plans to invest into Kindle Fire business and other mobile products as it might be planning to club them under SeeSaw Inc.There are currently 5 Trademark apllications filed by SeeSaw in September which includes the following:

• AMAZON SILK Serial Number: 85435365 
• AMAZON SILK Serial Number: 85435357
• KINDLE FIRE Serial Number: 85434021
• KINDLE FIRE Serial Number: 85433969 
• KINDLE FIRE Serial Number: 85433968         

With Analysts  denying rumors of a possible company split,It will be interesting to see what Amazon's real motives are.
