Browser Wars:Chrome Overthrows IE8 as the Most Popular browser For The First Time

Google's Chrome team has managed to overthrow Microsoft's IE 8 as the worlds most Popular for the first time leading IE by almost half a point which is dramatic considering the fact that IE 8's steady decline attained a new low.IE 8 which took the crown from Firefox 3.5 since 27th January 2010,appears to be staring down the barrel. From occupying almost 31.35 % in April 2010 to drop to an all time low of 22.92,IE has started sending panic waves spelling troubles for Microsoft.
One may argue the big fuss being created over the browser wars and its impact on the Market Sharing. It's the Search Engines which Control the revenue for browser and if Microsoft's IE looses its battle to Google Chrome, then more & more people will prefer to use the Google Chrome's default browser Google search instead of IE's Bing which would result in revenue looses to Microsoft as more & more people will move towards Google Chrome.Currently IE 9 holds 22.1 % market Share compared to Chrome's 18.6 & Firefox having 15.6,the browser wars are getting more & more complicated,Micosoft's strategy might be to focus on WIndows 7 as it features  IE 9 and use it to its advantage when it comes to Cloud computing. With IE 9's popularity in rendering HTML 5 & a near 4% lead over Google's Chrome,Microsoft's light has begun to fade with Google circling it like a hunter ready to pounce on its prey.

FireFox 9 Aurora Launched: But is it Too Late?

Mozilla announced the latest test version of Firefox 9 still in testing phase as the least stable browser after receiving valuable feedbacks from the individuals & Business enthusiasts who tested the previous Aurora version Firefox 8.Firefox, which was always considered as the Robin Hood of the Internet seems to have pressed the Panic button after, StatCounter reported that Google's Chrome is anticipated to de-thrown Firefox from its 2nd position behind Microsoft's Internet Explorer. With Google's Chrome being the only browser showing a positive slope, things look bleak for Firefox.
With Microsoft's Internet Explorer & Google's Chrome circling around Firefox like a shark stalking its prey,Firefox is expected to speeden up its testing & development process with more Aurora versions expected in the upcoming months.Eventhough Firefox 5 & Firefox 4 have heaven & earth difference,is it worth anything if it doesn't lend a helping hand in the Browser wars?Definitely NO!With Firefox finding alternative methods for faster JavaScript loading time thereby increasing the browser response time & beating Google as the fastest browser, the biggest enemy of Firefox is itself. With too much focus given to Add-ons and extensions,Users are currently displeased with the importance given to these petty details when the time can be utilized to improve the browsers crippling issues involving Memory usage & intermittent crash issues associated with Add-on's & Extensions.Eventhough Mozilla is all set to take on Chrome 7 Internet Explorer, and even at this panic hour it must divert all its energy for a constructive effect otherwise its doomed.
With Google Promoting propriety technologies like SPDY or NaCL against Internet Explorer & Firefox it is actually against the best interests of the web. This technology is aimed directly @ Microsoft's Cloud technology and the strategy is to cripple it at its strength. With Chrome having better capabilities in rendering HTML5 features more than the browsers available in the market,Mozilla has really got its hands full with Google & Microsoft Bombarding it from all sides.Firefox's ability to execute scripts just might be its biggest weapon and some of the JavaScript especially Do-Not-Track plug-in have raked in amazing reviews and with the upgraded support for HTML5 along with a faster JavaScript accelerating features, lets hope that Firefox manages to keep its head out of the water before it is drowned by the same-thing which gave birth to it: The WEB.

Browser War Intensifies: Chrome All Set To Displace FireFox In Market

Chrome is all packed to take on Mozilla's Firefox browser and  become the world's second most widely used Web browser behind Microsoft's Internet Explorer.Stat Counter Analytics predict that Google's Chrome will completely take over Firefox's market by December 2011 which is roughly 3% ahead of Google's Chrome.Chrome currently holds roughly 23.6% of the market share while Mozilla lingers at 23.9.It came as no surprise when Mozilla implemented RAPID RELEASE PROCESS and released its fastest Firefox version(FireFox 7) till date.Internet Explorer still reigns as the dominant Web player in the market snatching almost 41.7% of the Market Share.

This story is similar to that of the battle between Netscape Navigator & Internet Explorer in the 90's which eventually lead to the downfall of the Navigator, which later lead to the establishment of Firefox as an Open source Development under Mozilla. If the growth move forward with the same trend, then Google's Chrome will engulf 26.6% stake in the market where as Firefox sinks to 25.3%.With Chrome already overtaking Firefox in UK this year,it will interesting to watch whether the market trends continue as expected or there is a twist down the line.Another thing to be noted here is that Chrome is the probably the only browser which is exhibiting a positive growth trend while Mozilla's Firefox & Microsoft's Internet Explorer are back-pedaling with 4% & 9% respectively.
Firefox's so called 3 Firefox Versions & the 6 Week development Cycle has been going in the recession mode as expected with has largely being met with more and more negative reviews from Individuals & Business people alike regarding its Add-on Issues & frequent interface incompatibility issues.
